Hi , i am guy about 30 years old and over weight ( 90 Kilos). i have to be around 75 Kgs as per my height . I have put on weight recently and now i am on path to get back to shape and i find this same problem being discussed all over here , pain in nipples . In my case i have pain in my left nipple . I found this happening every time that i go out for Jogging or running or even if i do Jumping rope. And it stays like that for some days. I am having pain and i don't sense any hole beneath the nipples as such been discussed here. My left nipple is lot sore than my right one
And out of my experience, i have been fat in the past as well and then got back in shape for some years and then i am now fat again ( infact obese ) and when i was fat earlier in my teens , i very vaguely remember this sort of thing happened to me at then and i have never had that feeling again when i got back in shape for quite a few years in between..from that time until the recent years when i put on weight again.
To summarise , after reading some replies/posts over here and my experience from past , this pain in nipples is closely seen associated with Teenage ( hormonal changes may be ? ) , over weight and some exercises ( where you have your chest bounces and while you do jump rope, spot jogging, running etc ) especially when your overweight and have that extra layer of fat loosely spread around your chest and especially lower chest making it even more worse to cause bounce and jerk or however you describe that motion i hope you can sense it ( as in case of ladies with their breasts that is why there wear sports bra to avoid such things) and that happens for each jump you take and harder you try to do more the pressure it cause around that area.
So i think we should try to loose weight firstly and when ever do such kind of physical exercises making sure we wear a compression tops to support your loosened fat on your chest , so that it doesn't feel that bump .
