my penis and testicles haven't grown which makes me very worried. I have been on testosterone for 3 months since there was something wrong with my body which made it unable to reach puberty by itself. My voice has changed and I have gotten armpit hair. everything in my puberty seems to be right except for my penis and testicles. will they eventually start growing or should I talk to my doctor? or maybe take more testosterone?

Your doctor can address any concerns you have.
Don't take more testosterone your doctor would have prescribed the amount your taking and it sounds like it is working other than what you mentioned in your post.
If there is a need to change your dosage your doctor needs to make that decision.
