I am 20 years old and for the past 5 years or so of my life, I have had a small ball connected to my right testicle. It sometimes swells, and sometimes it gets small. The pain, well, it's an unusual pain. Just like a swell pain and it just gets uncomfortable. It is only on my right testicle, but now it's starting to scare me.
Any advice?

It could be an epididymal cyst or a spermatocele for example but we can't tell without an exam.
