Men's testicles are usually different sizes but not usually that many times the size of the other. You should get this checked by a Dr. as soon as possible. Its tough to tell if one testicle has shrunk smaller or if the larger one is growing larger. So, the best thing to do is to have a dr. examine both and also get an ultrasound of both testicles and of your entire scrotal contents to see what is causing this more than usual size difference between your two testicles. Other tests can be done to see what is going on inside each testicle also, like a testicular biopsy to take a small tissue sample from a small incision and look at the testicular cells under a mircoscope to see if they are functioning properly and making sperm and testosterone as they should be.
