when and only when I ejaculate I get like a UTI feeling and discharge and burning water when urinating , I take anti Biotics , it goes away and stays away , but then again if I ejaculate it comes back again , I dont this dozens of times to prove to my self that it is something in my seminal tract , my sperm is a horrible yellowish colour and the quantities are getting less and less .
Does anyone understand or know of this experience , and what anti biotics or treat should I have
