Okay so ive dealt with theses red bumps that erode. Itch drive me crazy for a year wounds or craters that wont heal inside are fleshy plugs or white plugs like grains of rice. Some have white hairs. I went to one derm who did a bacteria swab she said ppl with depression and anxiety pick. Culture came out negative. This rude dr brushed me off as a picker due from anxiety and depression. And instead of a follow up said continue with therepy. Wow. I doubt a rape that happend 5 yrs ago makes bumps and plugs on my face . Went for a 2nd opinion... I went to ku med 1 day ago they did a biopsy and swabbed the wound. Its on my shoulders. Face jawline. I also had the plugs in a zip lock which they sent off for tests. I find out in a week.as I wait for results. They put me on clindamycin phosphate lotion topical 1perc. Like you all looked on google. Ive read from deep fungul infections staph. Magellion. Parasites mites. Ive been on tons of cremes. They come bak. After much research I find doxycyclin. Works to an axstent. Amoxacillin. Cremes that start with k. Tetracycline.clindamyci topical hydrocotisone, neosporin. Alkolol. Alcohol witchhazel. Bleach baths. Epson saltbathes. Alcohol peroxide walmart brands of ane soaps n meds, proactive. Black charcoal wash. None work!!! But look up cystic acne. What workes for me.......are u ready...TINACTIN antifungul for jockitch athletes....I clean face with hibiclense put tinactin usually 2x a day. I notice if I put at night. by morning the white stretchy plugs are litteraly either crusted and or caked on top. I just wipe em away. I put bandades. It drives me nuts. I used to try and dig these plugs out they bleed. Leave small pin like crater holes. Spironolactone works the best and tinactin and dont pik!!!! I know there painful like glass shards. But mine spread. Ive read cystic acne do do hormonal changes. These things are filements layers of normal healthy skin. Organic plugs of my own body making them. Meds that work... spironolactine. Isotretinoin aka accutane. Claravis. Amnesteem, sotret, myorison, absorica. 2xs daily some meds up to 5 months. U wont see chandes till 3 months. Some 5 depending on how bad . With spironolactine right away there healing. With tinactin. Any retinoids perscription works. For mei.. Ive cleaned homes before I thought it was ringworm or parasite.ive been to mexico and cancun... but im ocd and a picker. Yes but im a clean freak im a mommy of 3. I dont drink or smoke. And biopsy. .. and tomorrow my blood count results for lupus . but tinactin is the best. Plugs come out. And spirolactine. Heals fast. Drink plengy of water lots flush them out!!! Keep wounds dry. Dont pick. And healing wise. I noticed wen i sweated my ass off in cancun and drank water. It got better, hibiclense worked great wash or dap n leave for on 10 min another was nasal wash alkolol. ill update wen I get results bak. In a week. Ive also changed my diet to noneprocessed lots of friut to see if that helps, praying tests come bak. Finding something. Wondering why tinactin brings the plugs out??? Still stumped
