Hi, I'm noticing from past few days that my testicles got really big and they are almost my size of penis which is 6 inches, this is really bothering me but I do not have any pain or swelling.
And also I notice there is a decrease in my sperm count.
Should I go and see a doctor?

How long have your testies been this size. well this could mean many things like your testies and maturing faster or the could be making to much sperm.
I'm noticing these things from past 1 month and my age is 28. Is it because of doing over weights in GYM by not wearing compression shorts?
Ah yes I think we found the problem which is your not wearing a compression shorts for support of your penis and the weight is causing to much strain on your testicles causing then to enlarge.
