I need advice on a problem that i cant seem to find a solution for. After i have urinated & cleaned myself up, a few minutes later i seem to leak afew drops of urine, this happens everytime. Also when i ejaculate, it seems to shoot out almost as if my penis is being squeezed...it feels like its not fully coming out. About 8 months ago i went for a cystoscopy and my urologist said my waterpipe is tighter then it should be but nothing was done about it. Before a year ago i never had these problems! Can anyone recommend anything i can do to help me.

You need a different urologist. By using different size sounds in your penis, the urethra can be stretched, and the flow unrestricted.
