My wife just had a blood panel done which showed the following:
BUN: 20
Sodium: 132
Potassium: 4.2
Anion Gap: 5
Could these readings be cause for concern?

Hi there, as far as I can see there's not anything that you should be concerned about but did no one talk to you about what the blood panel results mean? I am pretty shocked if someone didn't tell you anything abou tit. Is that the case?
