I've been having the same problems - an odd feeling like I'm on a boat, ringing in the ears, awful jaw pains etc etc. About a year ago I had one wisdom tooth out (after having a really bad week where I was in so much pain that I couldn't leave my bed and was unable to keep any food down) and around the same time I went on fluoxetine for anxiety issues. Not sure if it was a combination of the two but felt so much better pretty much immediately.
I stopped taking the fluoxetine about 4 months ago, and after suffering through the awful withdrawl period felt absolutely amazing until about 2 months ago, where everything started up again. I have two severely impacted lower wisdom teeth and one upper right that is still under the gum but coming in at a really odd angle (I had the upper left taken out last year) and my jaw is constantly under so much PRESSURE and I keep getting brain fog and spacing out and feeling quite awful (also have had a few mild panic attacks and one quite strong one).
I've just started taking magnesium/calcium after reading about it on here - I am a very tense/anxious person and have awful knots all through my back and shoulders, so am hoping that will help with that. I definitely agree that anxiety plays a part in all of this (apparently impacted wisdom teeth can make anxiety worse, and I've had people tell me that the teeth are linked to all sorts of parts of the body and how they work, and that if something's wrong with your teeth there are ususally other symptoms that occur that you won't realise are related to your teeth).
I'm getting my wisdom teeth out in 3 days and hopefully things will start to look up! It's all driving me a little insane. I'll keep you posted!

I think I will go out & get some magnesium, I've been googling away & so far this is the site that convinced me. (Plus all of your posts) hopefully this will help with my recent insomnia.

Had all 4 of my impacted teeth out 1.5 months ago.
Can't say it helped that much, I still feel pretty rough most of the time.
Any root canals in your mouth can have hidden infections that can cause all of these issues. Its basically a dead rotting organ. I know I have 5 in my mouth and 1 has always been infected. Will most likely get that tooth pulled soon. (Find a Holistc dentist that does ozone therapy)
You could also check out an upper cervical chiropracter and get your C1/C2 vertibre in your neck checked out. (NUCCA - Atlas Profilax)
Research both on google.
If its not your wisdom teeth....its most likely one of those.
I also have severe back issues as-well. Infected root canals and neck issue can cause both of those.I'll post back after I've done both.

I had two badly infected root canal'ed teeth out.....helped alot with the anxiety.
Also seen an upper cervical chiro twice now.....helps with my back / neck temp, but did not take away the headaches / dizzyness so far.
I'm now quite convinced all my issues are all caused by a TMJ disorder.
I had a accident when I was young and basically ate the pavement, which jared my jaw back a bit.
Just the smallest mis-alignment in your bite / jaw, can cause all of these issues aswell.
I saw a TMJ/TMD specialist today...and get a bite splint next week to start the process of re-aligning my bite. This should relive the pressure / tension in the mucsles around my head.
After I went to a massage therapist who did trigger point release on my head / jaw / back. It did provide some relief, I will be going back.
I'll post back after some time using my splint......

Consider seeing an Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor. They specialize in re-adjusting your 2 most upper vertebra, providing relief for the surrounding arteries, nerves etc.
Only they know about the condition known as Atlas Subluxation and how to properly deal with it using their high tech machines. I'm going for my appointment in about 2 hours!
I'll keep you guys posted on the results.

He is an Atlas Orthogonal, hard to believe that machine does anything...you'll see what I mean after you go :-)

I have similar symptoms and I found out my Vitimin D is very low. I found a forum where people have the same issues as us so maybe that could be somebody's issue.

Any luck in finding out what's wrong yet Jay?
Or anyone for that matter?
I've still got the mild to moderate pressure in my head every day, with the occasional more severe migraine type headache. Along with this there's still the fatigue, mood swings, shooting pains behind my eyes etc.

I'm not cured, but I'm definitely feeling better than I was a month ago.
I sure my head issues have to do with my jaw / neck...one is causing the other and/or bad dental bite.
I'm sleeping with my custom orthotic bite split I got from my neuromusculer dentist.
Magnesium does help alot....but you have to take way more than daily amount. 1000-1500mg a day. Will probably mess up your stomach a bit, but its worth it. Try to spread it out, and take two before bed.
Rub magnesium oil on your body / face / neck throughout the day....alternate with peanut oil for sore muscles.
Also look into anti stress herbs...Rhodiola / L-Theanine.
Start getting cranial sacral and upper cervical therapy.
I've only seen a Upper cervical guy twice..but will start going back next week now that I have my bite split.
Research edgar cayces head / neck exercises.
I also completely cut out Gluten from my diet...and cut down a lot on dairy...that has helped a lot with inflammation and digestion issues...which helps me sleep better.
Hope this helps you.

I FIRST HAD SWOLLEN LYMPH NODES AND HAD GONE TO MY GP TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PHARYNGITIS AND LARYNGITIS 4 TIMES AND WAS ON ANTIBIOTICS FOR THIS, I THEN ASKED TO BE REFERED TO AN ENT SPECIALIST NO INFECTION I EXPLAINED MY SYMPTOMS TO HIM SUCH AS SWOLLEN GLANDS AND SORE TO TOUCH, EARACHE HEADACHES, SHOOTING PAINS BEHIND THE EYES, CONSTANT DIZINESS, NAUSEA, SERVERE FATIGUE, HE SUGGESTED IT IS EITHER ME GRINDING MY TEETH IN MY SLEEP OR ITS MY WISDOMS HE THEN REFERED ME TO THE DENTIST. I HAD DONE X-RAYS TO FIND THAT 3 OF MY WISDOMS ARE HORIZONTALLY IMPACTED WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE NOT EMERGED AT ALL!!!! HE THEN REFERED ME TO A MAXILLIOFACIAL SERGEON SO THET THEY CAN CUT OPEN THE GUM TO GET TEETH OUT AND SOMETIMES REQUIRES REMOVAL OF BONE. I DO NOT HAVE ANY BENIFITS FOR MEDICAL AID AND CAN THEREFORE NOT GET THIS SURGERY DONE SO I WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE PAIN UNTIL I HAVE THE MONE
