Hi Ryan, I went to an osteopath for this, he said my muscles are extremely tense and I should take Magnesium to relax, so I did and went out and got some Magnesium Chelate, the same night I slept great and my anxiety drifted away in no time. Alsp my eczema is improving a lot.

Keep me posted if it works for you too.

Cheers Rob

Rob, I cannot thank you enough. I have been taking magnesium Chelate since Sunday and its Tuesday now and I feel great! I have been sleeping like a baby, the headaches and head pressure are slowly reducing and the anxiety is drifiting away. I won't say too much yet in case its a placebo effect, but I really do feel as if my condition is improving. Thanks again for the magnesium suggestion. To anyone reading this, give it a go, its $20 for a bottle and it could change everything. Make sure you get the MAGNESIUM CHELATE like Rob said, as its the form of magnesium with the highest bioavailability.

Its been about 3weeks since I've had my teeth removed, a little more for the the left side. The tension headaches have returned but are not as bad, I still have small bouts of anxiety but not nearly bad as before. I wanted to know if any of you had tinnitus? I have it, the ringing seems to have gotten more noticeable as the other symptoms came on. I blame mine on a couple of unprotected concerts. but it seems to have gotten worse the last couple months. Do you think the Magnesium would work for that as well? I know TMJ exacerbates tinnitus, & if the Magnesium relaxes muscles ; it makes sense. I would like to know if it still works for any of you. Since Its been a couple days since the last person who tried it posted.

I had/have tinnitus. It's not as bad as it used to be.
The magnesium does seem to be helping. I still get tension headaches when I become stressed or do anything too strenuous or when my mind races.
Does anyone else here seem to have an issue with their ears like they feel full at times? Or does anyone notice they grind their teeth when they become anxious or stressed? I think this contributes to the headaches.

Rpalmer92 here... After a long hard think about this whole thing, I'm starting to believe it is mostly anxiety related, with small contributions from factors like wisdom teeth, sinus infections etc. A lot of the posts I see on the net seem to be coming from worrysome, hypochondriac types like myself who might have a history of anxiety or some form of mental problem like that, even if it's minor. The magnesium and amitrypiline I'm on definitely helps, but I'm not gonna lie, I still get the headaches, dizzyiness and anxiety and it still gets pretty severe if I allow it to. I've tried a lot of things to alleviate the symptoms and the best thing that helps me is simply relaxing and telling myself "you'll be okay, you're strong and you are in control of your mind and and body, now stop being ignorant and go live your life". Try it people, it works. Sit down for a minute when you're feeling it all come on and say something reassuring to yourself. I have worked out that if I massage and press hard into the deep neck muscles either side of my cervical spine on those soft areas that go in further, I get almost instant headache relief. I can actually hear the muscles crunch as I press on them, so they must be extremely tense lol. I don't know what else to say guys. Make of this post what you will, but yeah, I'm almost sure it's anxiety and tension headaches now after being told everything from viral meningitis to impacted wisdom teeth to Lyme disease. It's a load of c**p.

I agree, I know I am having anxiety... but wondering if its my brain reacting to symptoms caused by all four of my wisdom teeth, ears, sinuses, tonsils. Is it my brains way of warning me, hey something is wrong here...all I know is I'm tired of this sh*t! Ready to live a normal life again.

I'm soon to visit a dentist and hope the exposed sideways wisdom tooth and partially exposed wisdom tooth can be removed. My left side teeth have yet to break the gums and from what I remember, would require an oral surgeon, which my insurance won't cover and I'm sure I would not be able to afford. Even if only lowers my anxiety, I would welcome the release from the pain and pressure in jaw and ears.

Hope we can keep this discussion going, talking about things seems to help. :)

Also, does anyone know about how much it cost for an oral surgeon?

Yeah I still would like to consider that an option and that maybe it takes a few months for my brain go realize the teeth are gone and to stop causing the anxiety. It's definitely lowered since having them removed so that's an indicator. My surgery cost $2800 for four impacted teeth, only one had emerged through the gum, and I also had an upper left first molar removed.

I agree, i think the anxiety was a big issue with how we dealt with the other symptoms, there were times when it felt terrible; with multiple appointments made to keep calm; it creeps back sometimes but like you said you have to tell yourself that you're fine, that its okay. I really do feel better that the wisdom teeth are gone. I no longer feel that head pressure as bad & I did have the full feeling in the ears, I was also sensitive to loud noises sometimes; that plus the tinnitus would keep me awake at night. Now its just the tinnitus. I was told by the dentist that my jaw wasn't sitting as it should when I closed my mouth & it would affect me in my mid thirties, TMJ I believe. The symptoms he rattled off were the same we are having. I do find myself with my jaw clenched at times & I will wake up with my mouth closed tight. I figure I may have a mild case of TMJ already, I had to adjust my bite when my wisdom teeth started coming out. I'm wasn't particularly stressed to have as many tension headaches as I was getting, I guess I was over clenching & over working my jaw joint plus the constant worrying. I feel better overall after the removal but not cured, the sinus issues are still there.

Rob here.

Still going strong.

I said I was cured 100% well, Id like to adjust it to 80% lol.

The magnesium improved me so much, but I also still get dizzy spells, but its not paralyzing anymore, but because I tend to focus on them they control my life.

I've been watching fitness motivation videos on youtube and Im planning on starting a bad ass working out regime to fight all those mental issues permanently and definantly!

I also had tinnitus, but its gone after taking magnesium, I didnt even notice it was gone until it was mentioned here. :)

Had all four of my teeth out about 11 days ago. My Doc said if the teeth are causing these issues, that it would take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks for it to go away. I know it takes at least 40 days for the bone to heal.

Oh wow...$2800! Hope I can get some kind of payment plan...or just pull the teeth in front and wait for my wisdom teeth to break thru like on the other side.

Hey all,I signed up here not a while ago, got my wisdom teeth out around one week back, I will say the headaches are A LOT better, but brain fog and axniety still present at times. From reading this posts, I do agree that anxiety can cause a whole mountain of problems, and sometimes you just have to find a quiet place, sit down, and chill. On the otherhand I believe anxiety has to stem from somewhere, and if there was an event from one's past that's causing it, most likely, unless you approach that memory and deal with it, it's going to stick around for a while. BUT if it just came out of the blue in life...there may still be a health related issue.I don't know if this would work with anyone here, but I've recently approached a back related problem that I've forgotten about (scoliosis). I've been strengthing muscles that are weak and I have to say, symptoms aren't gone, but imporving. Nutrition and what goes in your body's kind of really important too. I skip out on really processed foods and too much wheat.Just my two cents. Everyone's different, everyone has a different story. I say expand your knowledge, experiment (safely) and find what works for you. Good luck:)

You really need to have your teeth out if they are causing an odor. Infection can be fatal.
