for two weeks now i have had headaches, dizziness and joint pain on and off the joint pains seems to be particularly at nite time wen it gets colder. I have also spewed a couple of times. I have had blood tests and nothing has come up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

As for joint pains may also be an infection or an autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus - did your blood tests check for ANA antibodies? The pains may be part of an infection or the start of an auto immune thing.
