im a 18 year old female and for the past three - four weeks iv been waking up with nausea, some mornings worse then others, it usually passes by about mid day. when i have my lunch at 2:30, which is usually a sandwich, my nausea comes back. the evenings are usually fine unless the nausea has been bad during the day. i'v only been physically sick once. i dont suspect pregnancy due to being on the contraception pill for the past 18 months and i had a normal period 2 weeks ago. iv not changed my diet, medication or lifestyle. i dont drink but i do smoke. my medication consist of co-codomol and anti-inflammotry tablets but iv been on these for about 2 years. i have suspected AS but my consultent hasn't said that i would feel sick at anytime, so i dont know what the cause of it is.
Most birth control pills cause nausea, you might want to go back to your doctor and ask her for a lower dose. This has happened to a lot of my girlfriends and most of them now take other forms birth control.
Also if you are under stress, as I was a while back, and suffering from nausea all the time i went to a natural food store and spoke to a nutritionist they recommended enzimes, I took them and that was the first day I didnt suffer from nausea at all!!!! Try that !!!!
You can also eat ginger candy or drink ginger tea after meals, it helps ease the nausea.
I hope you fell better and find relief because I know personally how horrible that feeling is like.

birth control pill used to make me sick too. Low does was cure. In my middle age pre menapausel with hormone levels crazy, digestive problems are huge. If changing dosage of b control does not help, and you have had good clinical work up from your drs, seek the advice of a naturalpath - certified. you could be dealing with a food sensitivity too.
