Is it possible to experience neck and lower jaw puffiness/swelling several weeks after a steroid injection to the shoulder?  I also have the puffy pad at collarbone as well---both sides but more on the R (R shoulder was injected).  I started noticing this swelling and puffiness about my face about 3 weeks after the injection.  I am 48, gluten/corn/most of dairy free, and fit, exercising 4-5 times/week.  Got the shoulder injection for rotator cuff pain, have started PT and am awaiting shoulder specialist appointment.  I know this is common with prednisone (oral steroids), but can it happen with an injection?  When does it wear off?
