I have a question about neck stretching. How many times a day should it be performed? I work as a secretary, so I'm sitting better part of a day. I know neck stretching is important for me so I'm starting doing it. Can you also tell me what kind of neck stretching exercises should I do?

Neck stretching is important for everyone. We are, some would say, still just developed animals, so we rely on our bones and muscles through entire life. Neck stretching exercises are performed in every sport activity that exists. You have four basic types of head movement that loosens neck muscles. Those are: chin to chest, ear to shoulder, side to side and eyes to sky. Repeat them as much as you can, as many times a day you can. It will only help!
