My boyfriend and I have had sex for about 2 years now. Just recently I was sick with bad stomach pain that made me want to barf but I didn't. After that I realized that I have been spotting but I wasn't supposed to get my period for another 2 weeks. What is the possibility that I can be pregnant? I took the pregnancy test and it came out to be negative. Please get back to me with some answers. Me and My boyfriend are very concerned.
