hi. i'm 18dpo now. My last menstrual cycle is 11/17/14, having 30 day-cycle. i happened to take pregnancy test the day after my missed period and each day later on. And i got the same result of negative. For the fourth time, I got blood pregnancy test today to be sure of the result, and its still negative. But on that day afternoon, when i went to comfort room I noticed i had light brown spotting on my underwear and experiencing cramping afterwards. Should I need to try again a pregnancy test to be sure if i'm not pregnant?

If you had a blood test you can be sure of the results. It is more sensitive than a urine test so we can safely say you are not pregnant - yet.
You can sometimes just be late or miss a period. The spotting cramping could be related to ovulation, or you might be about to come on.
Give it time.
