My Surgeon cut a nerve in my right leg during peripheral and bypass surgery in my leg. I suffer from intensive pain in my right leg and foot for now several years. What can be done if any? or what medication should I be taking ?
Ask your Dr. about trying "Topamax" for the neuropathy, it takes about 2-3 weeks to build your plasma levels but then.....no pain!!! I haven't had any sleepiness or untoward effects from it and have taken it 10+ years. On the plus side if you are prone to migraines it will keep them at bay also!!
