I also just found out I'm allergic to nickel. I was given a list of foods to avoid but don't understand some of the ingredients like wheat flour, etc. Am I allergic to that or what.

Looking for a list of foods low in nickel and for any guidance on what you can eat? I have recently been diagnosed so trying to figure it all out. Any help on this subject would be welcomed!
