Just stumbled on this post and it’s basically a year old, I’ve skipped to the last post then gone back to see the solution…, oh dear. I would say I’m 60% as bad as most posts on here if exceptionally genital I actually enjoy having my nipples liked but then suffer a few days of pain. Unfortunately 2years ago I’d say it was 40% so it’s not headed in the right direction any cures anyone I’m also male no medical conditions known

My wife suffers with this as well, and after all the many searches and attempts to even locate a valid discussion on this have been mostly pointless - this is the only forum that seems to understand what my wife goes through. Her nipples have always been very sensitive, touching them creates a very negative sensation. She is very worried about the consequences of breastfeeding (not pregnant YET). It would also be nice to have touching them to be a pleasant bit of sexplay. Nearest thing I have found that "might" help is benzocaine (I read that lidocaine is not such a good idea, whereas benzocaine numbing agent is often and safely used with "too sensitive" genitalia) with repetition of "touching with silky fabrics" to slowly desensitize them, and building up from there. If anyone else has found a solution, please update us all here, thanks.

So happy to finally have found a thread about this topic — it’s NOT pain, just the WORST sensation ever! The only time the sensation is fine is if I’m already actively sexually stimulated…

Reopening the conversation to see if anyone has found anything that might help (other than breast augmentation or nerve removal etc). The only real non-surgical suggestion I’ve seen on this thread is to stop caffeine intake, but that didn’t sound super conclusive.

I can't believe I finally found something that describes some of what I have recently been dealing with. My nipples were fine for 50 years, breastfed 5 children with no issues. Nipple stimulation during sex was key and very enjoyable. Sometime in the past couple of years they have become so sensitive that I am never without a bra, the thought of anything touching, brushing up against them (including the spray from the shower) is anxiety producing. It physically hurts- just sitting with nothing on, the air begins to irritate them after about 10 minutes. I could never find anything remotely like that described anywhere. I feel so much better that I'm not crazy (although sad bc there are so many of us). Seeing posts about numbing creams/sprays (lidocaine) is interesting and worth a try. Good luck to all!
