For like 2 or 3 weeks my right abdomen has been very tender once in a while there will be a very vague pain the problem is that I have lost at least ten pounds in the last couple of weeks which scares me I also once in a while have like a heart beat in my stomach around my navel and my bowel movements have changed dramatically I barely have any bowel movements that Is .. Any ideas of what could be happening?
