Im 19 years old and i havent seen my mensie in 4 months:'(. (My sister says i should be happy) im still a virgin and i plan to stay like that for the next 2-3 years. I've had my period every month since I turned 12 with no problems. but now all of a sudden its gone%-) . Im way too scared to tell my dad (single parent) and my sister is no help. does anyone know what could be wrong with me! i pray im not menapausel at my age xp. please help me. thank you
There are several conditions that could contribute to this. I suggest you see a doctor as soon as you can.
Yes I agree you need a referral to a gynecologist. I had a car accident with no lasting injuries but my period disappeared for a year, I never new the reason although I did see a gyne. Eventually it came back on its own and I went on to have the sweetest little girl after with no problems. Sometimes stress can affect it, your weight, etc.
