Sorry if I ressurecting a dead thread as I found this thread on google.
Um, I wish there were some replies, as I have had this same issue.
My period was just over a week ago, and today when I went to the bathroom, I found some blood on my toilet paper. None on my underwear, and after a few whipes was all gone, does not seem to be bleeding anymore.
I know I cant be pregnant because I havent slept with or even been with a guy at all since before my period.
Help?

It's perfectly normal for you to have spotting a week later after your period. If it was a blood clot than i would go see a doctor. spotting in normal. my sister had this happen and she asked me about it and i told her it was ok. if you don't see this any helpful then go to your doctor and ask questions. you will feel more relief that way.

Okay; while on the topic my gf just ended her period a few days to a week ago. But she is also getting over an UTI. She's done taking her medicine and all that but she said it still burns at times as if she still had an UTI. Anyone have any suggestions on why my gf could be bleeding?

I'm almost having the same issue, however my period was 2 weeks ago and found brown discharge on my underwear. Everytime i wipe there is blood, its light red, this has been going on for about 5 days now! I'm not pregnant as i took a pregnant test two days ago and came back negative. I went to the walk in clinic Monday cuz i found out sunday and the dr perscribed me Ofloxaxin... thinking i had some sort of infection... however the antibiotics are not working! Please help!

I know this is pretty old but I am having a problem close to these. I usually have periods about 3 1/2 days long. I started my period June 7 and got off on June 10. Everything was fine then on June 11th I saw spots. I thought this was normal and there was nothing when I wiped. Then later on the 12th I went to the bathroom and my underwear was filled with blood!. I cleaned up and put on a pad later that night there was nothing on the pad but a few drops. Now every single day and every single time I go to the bathroom there is blood and when i wipe it looks like a regular period with clots and medium heavy at least for me. I know I am not pregnant because I am a Lesbian and have not slept with any men. I feel a little bit of heaviness in my lower stomach but it goes away when I use the bathroom sometimes. I don't have insurance so can't go to the doctor. Has this happened to anyone? DO you know what it could be? ? ? %-) :'(

Yes..it could be that your period is changing up on you..it does that sometimes...its normal

so my period ended about a week and a half ago, and when i would go to the bathroom, there was spotting that started a couple days after my period ended. but today when i wiped, there was still just spotting, but it wouldn't go away when u wiped, i find myself getting blood on the toilet paper everytime i wipe. i've been feeling really tired lately, and i have a headache almost every day. my husband says im fine, but i dont know what to think.... :-( %-)

i have the same problem, i had my period almost 2 weeks ago now, a couple of days ago i saw light red blood on the toilet paper, and now im bleeding just like i was on my period.. but something like this has happened to me ever since i first had sex (2 months ago) always the following week after sex i would bleed just a tiny bit, not much, so i didnt even really pay attention to it, but now it's a week since i had sex last time, and yesterday i started bleeding alot! could it be because i havent even been aroused enough when having sex, and it has always hurt..?

Okay... The same thing's happening to me, bit I'm 16 and not now, nor ever been sexually active. I'm really freaked out because it's been, like, a month since this started happening. I thought that it could be that my period flow is trying to get to a normal cycle, because my cycle is waaay off and weird. But it's still happening. I'm on my period now, or I assume that because my bleeding is really heavy and I'm gettig light cramps. This is really freaking me out, so PLEASE help! Dx

i went to see a doctor. it turned out to be nothing serious, that these kinds of things are pretty common especially if you're young. my cycle has always been weird too. i don't think that's anything to be worried about, because it's propably your hormones that causes bleeding. but go see a doctor, so you don't have to worry yourself!

i am having the same problem.. i am 24 i have my tubes cut /tied/burnt. so i know im not pregnant. i had my period a couple of weeks ago and now i have been bleeding for a week and a half.. its not heavy but everytime i go pee and i whipe i get blood. or if i put pressure on my tummy. I have been getting really bad lower back pain, head aches, and some nausea i dont know what to do. I feel weak and hands are shaking i dont know if i should go to the er or what cause i dont have insurance. i also have been getting some brownish stuff when i wipe.. is this normal? i dont know what to do or what to think! help me please
