Has anyone else got a child who does not recognize grammar forms in the fifth year of life? My daughter is refusing to do any work books and I am really starting to worry about her, especially because I think her peer shave been able to do this for a long time now. What do I need to do? Are there any people with similar experiences and how did you solve the problem in the end?
So, math has never been my strong point but if you daughter is in her fifth year, that would mean she is FOUR YEARS OLD, right? I am yet to meet the first four year old who can distinguish a verb from a noun, and an article from a pronoun. There is nothing wrong with your daughter. The only thing that is going to "cure" her is a few more years. Please let your daughter learn in her own time. She is far too young to be learning this stuff. Let kids be kids, it is the most fail safe was of ensuring she will become a rounded person later on.
