I was running this morning and everything was fine. I had a slight back pain in my left side from hips to knee cap..after taking shower when I was trying to put on my socks in my left leg I got a shooting pain which felt it right to the back,,and the pain was unbearable..came home had some muscle relaxant pain tablets n heat pad..now still the numbness on the left ankle is still there but can walk slowly by holding walls etc..
Please advise
