I have been on nuva ring for months now. All was good til recently. I don't follow the exact instructions. This month I started spotting so I removed the ring after almost a week the bleeding didn't stop so I put a new one in. This was a few days ago.. still spotting some and cramps are awful. Pain even goes into my lower back on the side I'm cramping. Has anyone experienced this? It's driving me nuts.
