how old are you? the problem is you have boobs and your mom won't buy you a bra? do you have otherfamily members, and aunt or gandma you can ask? maybe an older cousin who can give you one of there old ones? What I did when I had that prob is I would wear my swim suit tops under my cloths just to have some support until she would get me one. it isn't the best but it helps with consealing them a little so you don't have them popping out and all. I hope you can talk her into getting you one soon
