Hi, I'm 38 and had my hysterectomy last year. I attribute my sore breasts and yes, it can be one with my ovulation time. If you have your ovaries you still ovulate and if you don't and are on HRT the I don't know.
It is probably nothing to worry about if you find no lumps.
