If you are in a new apt or house that has been remodeled CHECK for Formaldehyde in your floors. Many floors are now contaminated with it. especially new laminate floors engineered hardwood and bamboo strand floors. Always check in Parts Per Billion for most reliable and accurate results. Anything less is a waste of time and a danger to your health.

Another problem can be neighbors or previous residence making drugs. One family moved into an apt all got sick and they sent tests to the state to check or something and levels were way high for the aftermath chemicals for making meth. Houses have to be gutted if labs are found and that is not always done. Methane gas leaks could be a problem all drains need to be p traps or something like this and maybe sewers have to be able to vent out the roof? If there were dead mice or anything in ductwork of house that could really make u sick!

Does everyone experiencing this... Only smell gas? Our smells vary: gasoline, bleach, burning/welding smell, plastic melting, and ammonia! It's maddening as it really has made me sick! There have been days when my cat and dog were both vomitting, and I felt like it myself in addition to dizziness, severe headache and rashes!! If anyone finds a plausible reason, please share. Oh, we had a certified gas man come and stated the gas hookups were safe. Can GAS pipes burst, like regular plumbing?

There's about an 80% chance you are being poisoned by formaldehyde. Have your floors tested in PPB for it IMMEDIATELY. I nearly died from these symptoms from symptoms like these and it was found to be formaldehyde coming from Chinese flooring. TEST IT NOW while you still can recover your health. And Good Luck.

The trouble with getting everything checked is that it all costs a lot of money, and then any solution must be paid for on top of that. I would identify possible environmental causes and then test those that can be tested empirically through your own actions and keep records. For instance, you flagged up a mobile mast, also central heating. Water is another suspect, especially if your water company uses chloramines which many react to badly and can also cause heavy metal poisoning via corrosion. Another possibility is the floor mentioned. There will be other possibilities we havn't though of too. Determine your budget and priorities then try one thing at a time.
1. mast- a budget of 80 dollars or so should buy you some good quality organite. Gift some to the mast area and put some more in key parts of your home. If i lived near a mast I would consider this essential protection against EMR. Also, you could invests in ethernet plugs and use only wired internet, turning of the wifi in your house. 2. heating- borrow a carbon monoxide meter. Will be other options to follow through but this is cheapest. 3. Water- does your authority use chloramine? If so do a 7- day completely bottled water test, inside and outside the house and note results. 4. floor - test as suggested .Etc , etc. By the way keep cool about your experiments and make them fun- that way no-one will think you're paranoid. Don't expect any authorities/ doctors to be interested, this is not their mindset. Many many would agree that is is perfectly possible for your environment to make you sick- you and millions of others. Good luck, keep an open mind and don't give up!

Please check into low level carbon monoxide poisoning! Regular detectors, detect higher concentrations of the gas. I myself had an issue with this and that's exactly what it was! Please research it, you can purchase low level detectors I believe as low as 5-10ppm. Research it, there isn't a lot out there on the subject because most people are misdiagnosed. Lots of sick people. CO - can get checked for free by gas company (more reliable) or fire dept. Newer homes require 1 co detector but its on the ceiling and CO is low lying. Formaldehyde? Do you have wood laminate style flooring? AC leak? Has your AC had to have freon refilled? Mold. Musty smell? Dark, dank environment? See any blackness on wood in attic or crawlspace? Some mold affects breathing. Some others mentioned lymes disease and such. But is every person+animal sick? What are the complete list of symptoms? Doctors. Most are a waste. An environmental specialist might be able to help you. Of course, get out of the house.

If you do have mold issues - especially black mold - check all areas of your home (including toilet tanks) - since I have been in property management for 30 years plus. Two additional areas I would do is first - make sure you clean your window screens after pollen has dropped outside. I have seen black mold develop in the window sills & these mold spores can come in & be deposited inside your abode. Secondly - to kill the mold spores - see if you can rent an ozone generator. The ozone will kill any air borne living thing (including pets & plants - so they have to be out of the area being treated). Once mold takes hold inside something & is ingrained inside - treat it like leprosy - it has to be totally ripped out. Use face mask as you do not want to breathe mold spores.

check for gas leaks guys! I had many of same symptoms, found dangerous levels of metals and toxins in my system that all came from a gas leak under our home that was pouring in side for lack of ventilation. even with vents, a gas leak inside or out can make us all very sick

check for gas leak!!!! we had huge one an my toxins and metals were off the charts. smelling all that might mean you have high levels of all your smelling. get to a functional medicine doc asap or environmental doc. gas doesn't always smell.
