Try turning off or undoing the hepa filter. I feel very sick and dizzy when I'm around them. Just a suggestion. Good luck

I have been going to Dr no answers. Same sickness. I have no money. Will the state help with testing or is there funding to help with It and clean up

I have had so many health problems since we moved here in 1998. I finally got it figured out. the carpet in the house was all new but the fibers carpets are made of are very harmful which nobody tells you about. Stay in a room without carpet for a few weeks to see if it helps. I went to a motel for 2 weeks and felt so good i didn't want to go home. Had to have all new floors and it solved my issues

I went to Hawaii for 3 weeks and all my problems went away. We are still trying to figure it out but are having carpet removed, siding removed and hoping to find black mold so that would explain why my husband and I have both been sick since we moved in here.

Did you also have the foundation rebuilt? I have heard of black mold underneath of it. I am checking into moving if my husband won't have a new house built. tired of being sick for 20 years with no answers but when i am gone for a few days I feel so much better

yes the carpet has lots of toxins and are sprayed with formaldehyde

My husband 2 small kids & I moved about 6 months ago. I too was in fairly good health before we moved & almost immediately I started staying nauseous, tired, sinus problems, body pain. We didn't get to see the home's details when we 1st looked at it because the previous tenant had just passed away & all her things were still there. So far we have replaced the sub flooring in living room, rewired the whole house, removed disgusting 70 yr old carpet. We still only have plywood down in lr, but the biggest issue is every drain in the house even the toilet, just runs out under the house. The smell of raw sewage overtakes you as soon as you walk in. I don't know what to do. The landlord says he doesn't have the money to fix the house, yet he just bought a new corvette, owns 4 other vehicles & goes on vacation every other month. I can't get my husband, who usually doesn't let these things slide, to make this "person" understand the severity of his childhood home's condition. Someone please give me guidance. I'm so scared my babies will get sick too & I'll be dead, with no one to take care of them, while this man continues to rent a house that should be condemned.

Lyme! And the Western Blot your doctor will give you could come up false negative. Happens 30-50% of the time and more often to women. You need to find a Lyme literate doc & get your blood sample tested at Igenex in CA.
You sound like you have all the symptoms I had. I'm still being treated. Very hard to get rid of Lyme but worth it because it will progress if you don't treat it. Regular MD will just give you 3 weeks of doxycycling which is NOT going to kill it, especially if you've been sick for so long.

no, your dead wrong. Environmental services wont come, your not disturbing nature, this is your home. Heating and air wont do nothing also. You need to call a mold company. Someone who does floor space encapsulation. They have all the necessary testing equipment to check for mold spores, bacteria and worst of all fungus. High moisture levels from leak in hot weather will cause all of the above. They will prompt you to get a plumber to fix leaks and then they will do all necessary mold and mildew cleanup and encapsulate home.

Your husband who usually doesn't let these things slide is being affected in his brain function by the toxins in the air. He is already compromised. Save yourself Take the kids and get out. Previous tenant already died from what is in this house. It's probably mold or formaldehyde. Both KILL !!!!

I completely agree with the mold, we moved in to a house and the same thing happened, turns out it's the black mold. The thing about mold is , it's not the mold that causes the issues, it's fungus that grows on the mold and it's extremely expensive to remove and my wife has lupus and it's making her sick as myself, same symptoms as you
