Ovarian cyst

I have had two sets of ultra sounds the 1st to determine that I do have the cyst and the 2nd to see if it had changed at all. I am going to see a gyn in a few weeks. I am post menopausal by about 4 years (went through it early 42...no problems at all with menopause!) and in the past 4 months have had steady weight gain. I exercise faithfully (I really do because I teach Pilates) but still gain weight. I have incredibly bad pain in my lower right side (side of cyst) that people have told me is arthritis, nerve/hip problems. My main thing is the weight gain and I constantly feel full. Does anyone else have this going on? I am told these complex cyst are very common but wow I am ready to yank the suckers out!
