Masturbation does nothing to your eyes or your hair. Anyone who is attributing either poor eyesight or hair lose to masturbation is either misinformed or just an uneducated. I was a righty since I am right hand dominant but after four years I noticed my penis starting to curve. So be careful, if you notice your penis is starting to develop a curve it is a good sign that you need to switch hands.

I've also masterbated a lot and unfortunately I've experienced the same things that you have plus back pain at times. Don't count wet dreams as masterbation, if you've been masterbating frequently then the body takes time to adjust to the reduced frequency. And yes, the hair and eyes problems should get mostly cured within 6-10 months. It may take less, it may take more. But it's reversible. :)
