I have problem with being overweiht. I’ve put on about 20 pounds since last year. My clothes don’t fit me any more, my face has become different and I‘m so unhappy when I see my self in the mirror. I was on antidepressants and I guess that these both things are related. I want to start with a dietary program or something but I’m not ready to live with a pressure of counting calories and minutes of exercising. How can I help myself to lose a bit on weight?
Just don’t take it as a pressure. You shouldn’t count the calories, just avoid overeating. You don’t need to go to gym; you can ride a bike or just avoid using elevator and take the stairs. It’s important to have healthy, balanced diet. Rice, pasta, cereals and food without added sugar or fat are recommended. You can try with food pyramid, or not, if that makes you feel under pressure. I would suggest you to avoid appetite suppressing pills and try to lose on weight healthy. You’d feel stronger and much better.
