Hi, your probably hitting her cervix and that could even be hitting her ovary as that will be a deep penetration position.
It's normal and a lot of females get uncomfortable in this position, I do believe it's the cervix. I got mine removed and I still get a bit of pain, so I believe that it is due to deep penetration and that we are just not accustomed to it is all. Nothing to be alarmed of.
