I am in a lot of pain from my nipple outward. I had my mamogram done which was ok i understand the discomfort. However the lft sided was pressed a lot hardercthan the rt side. The next day that evening 1/20/16 around 10pm i started having pain. My nipples were hard as a rock and i could see a vain line comming down towards towards the nipple. Its only the rt breast that was pressed so badly. Its now 5:59am on 1/21/16 and it still hursts. I cant sleep the pain is justvthat bad. My minstral cycle ended about 3wks ago and i have very dense dreast. They also did an ultra sound and nothing was found. God is good. I will be calling them this morning as soon as they open to make them ware of my pain. I have never felt this before after a mamogram it feels like my lft breast is going to burst.

Pain after mammogram is common and some experience recurring episodes lasting few weeks. Suggest you ask your doctor for a low dose pain killer.
Here is a tip: Some women feel nice if a hot towel is placed on the breast, some do not experience any relief. So, if you do not benefit, please stop. Good luck
