pain in left side ovary and stomach

ok so i dont know whats going on with my body but i had vaginismus and am almost done with it working on the dilators in that month i notice my period was 10 days late and i had this very bad pain on the lower left side on the ovary area the pain was so bad it would go from there to my left side back connected with my left thigh and it was very bad i wanted to go to emergency but it would have to wait atleast 5 hours to get it so i decided to take the pain and try to sleep after 10 days i got my period it lasted for 2 and half day wasnt heavey niether light it was normal but the cramps were very strong so after it was done the pain was lighter but i felt it on my right side but wasnt as bad as my left one and i noticed that at night if i eat anything my stomachg starts to hurt as if i have gas and this wierd pain on my lower stomach like in the middle i dont know what could that be i went to my gyno she said it could possibly be a bladder infection (uti) or a kidney stone which i think it doesnt make sense cause why would my right side also hurt and my would i feel light cramps even after my period is done,,,and i dont urine alot as if i have urine infection but my stomach feels tight and big she touched my stomach and told me if felt soft so nothing to worry about i will be doing ultra sound next friday and i took pregnancy test since am trying with my husband but it came back negitve could anyone please please please tell me what could that possibly be ?? also the pain on my ovary is gone i dont have the pain no more but light cramps and watery fluid discharge and when i dont eat at night i dont have pain at all please some one help me
