Thanks for sharing your information, I stumbled upon this thread as I believe I have the same symptoms. Can you share the antibiotics that you were prescribed and how fast your condition improved? I might need to see a doctor soon and would hope to have all the necessary information.

My husband used to have pain before he ejaculated in his upper left quadrant. Running from his testicles up his stomach and off to the left side. It started originally if he was teased or had an erection and didn't ejaculate then he'd have the pain. Now it's been a while, he cannot ejaculate at all anymore, the pain starts before the ejaculation, for a while when he could still ejaculate he said the pain would get intense, then it would feel like a dam broke, and then their was just a flood. But now he gets to the point where he feels like he's ready and he is totally unable to ejaculate, the feeling just goes away. But then he has the pain afterwards. Any idea's...he also has gone to numerous dr's. He's 56, a little overweight, but he does look a little pregnant it's all out front. He has had vericocele forever. Also, when he is aroused and his testicles suck up I can feel a lump in the back in the direct middle of his two testicles. But when we go to the Dr and they are at rest, it is not there.

I get the same sensation after i masterbate, i saw my Doc, he didnt have a clue what to say, it was a bit embarassing actually. I have not noticed if it happens after intercourse, but i do get an incredible itching feeling in my bottom after i ejaculate through intercourse. What is that ???

I have the exact same type of lumps and im starting to think its one or several hernias that gets squashed as I start to tension my body as im about to climax, I'm stupid however and dont stop when it starts to happen, instead i push through it and end up coldswetting and get rashes all over my body sometimes i even end up with heartburns and migraines.

Hi , Guys , My Name is Junior , as a man , i've experience this problem too , but with my little knowledge 'bout men's anatomy , i can finally tell the answer to that question...As we know , there is an spermatics cords both connects to your testicles and both pass just on top of our waist left and right side , and next connect to our bladder and next to your man's pride tool... so my theory is , when we masturbate ourself , when we are lying back on bed and legs wide opened like the (butterfly pose) we pressure on of the cords and that is the reason of that cramp-like pain in the cords wich pass in both left and right lower abdomen ... so my suggestion is to finish the act standing so you dont put weight on those cords and make them forcing so much to push out semen out , i hope my explanation is clear

This same problem occurred to me but only since a strenuous workout. Have you been excersizing? If so, you may just have sore muscles. But I'm not quite sure why it hurts during ejaculation...

I have exactly the same symptoms as Steve,just right at the time of ejaculation i have horrible cramps on both sides of my.belly button it feels just like a charles horse in diferent location,it took place at all three times i had sex intercourse or oral it sucks,because i couldnt finish the Job,frustrating im 42 yo male overweight im 5,7 tall 208 # iam in liptor pills for cholestol and xanax for anxiety i wonder if the medications its causing this,the other thing is,lately is taking me longer to achieve a full erction.what the hell is happening?

Might be weird since a guy posted and only guys are responding butttttt I'm a Female and it happens to me as soon as I cum from masturbation I get a cramp that fades away after a minute. Have same problems. I don't think it's about spermatic cords. I think it's about intense abdominal contraction. The orgasm is so intense that you contract your abs too much. I know this because when I do quickies or the orgasm is weak, it never ever happens. My next trick will be to bring a ball or something to squeeze and focus everything on it to see what happens... if you're with a girl, squeeze the wooden part of the bed with both hands
