pain in lower left abdomen with a small tissue mass

My fiance is 29 years old and has a lump in his lower left quadrant of his abdomen and when he pushes on it he says he can feel pain in his left testicle. Also it is painful for him at times and he feels it all the time.. He has had a colonoscopy but the surgeon said he could not find anything.. Was wondering if anyone might know what the cause could be.. I'm especially worried because he can feel pain in the testicle that is on the same side.. He also bleeds from his bowels sometimes when he has a bowel movement.. Sometimes he bleeds a lot like fills up the toilet with blood bleeding.. When he had the colonoscopy the doctor said that he did find and remove polyps.. If anyone has any idea what could be the cause of these symptoms please let me know thanks so much.. I started out with small painful lump in lower stomach, now I have even more pain and a ridge all the way across my lower stomach and lumps behind both knees, arms, legs, breasts.
I was checked in Germany and here in the states and get the laughing, dismissive remarks that nothing can be found in ultrasound or X-rays. Yet the doc does feel it and said it is probably just fat. Why is it so hard? Growing? Painful? And getting worse? And spreading?

6 years dealing with Veterans Affairs. Same pain location. 3 ultrasounds, multiple Mri, X-rays, Cat Scans and three Surgeon

Why I feel a long round mass in my lower left abdomen? I haven't gone to the doctor yet. Can anyone advise me?
