pain in lower left of stomach. Is this a sign of being preg?

I have pain on the lower left of my stomach going around on my lower back. Is this a sign or being pregnant? I also feel sick like vomiting feeling but actually vomiting. Also very sleepy. I have unprotected sex with my b/f all the time but, he pulls it out every time he is about to cum. %-)
