Nearly a year ago I got what my doctor told me was a urinary tract infection which had resulted in swollen testicles and pain. Both testicles reduced in size after the antibiotics, but my left testicle was still roughly 2 and a half times larger than my right testicle. The left one is painless, but the right one is painful to the touch. What am I suffering from?
I forgot to mention that after contact has been made with the right testicle, there is a dull pain for a short time afterwards.
Also forgot to mention that I have never been sexually active.
