Hi I'm a 35 year old male and in quite good shape, but for the last 2-3 days having a bad sharp pain in the center of my chest when swallowing food or drink, i thought i woz having the start of a heart attack, I'm sure it's like real bad heart burn or something?? Pls any 1 got same symptom an been cured, cheers rob.
I would see a physician if it doesn't resolve in a few days. It's most likely involves some form of gastric reflux. A doctor can best determine that and recommend over the counter remedies or prescription meds.

Ive had acid reflux for a ling time now its not that. Itsmore likebehind my rib cage a stabbing feeling.
