I am experiencing pain that feels like pins or needles sticking in my foot, at first it was one now it is both feet. It is not every day but when I lay down it happens it is now everytime but it last for a few minutes and i will begin to massage the foot or work it vigorously and it goes away. This has me concerned. It is also beginning to happen in the right hand just a small bit.
