This past week i have been getting pain in my left testicle mostly after masturbation or having the testicle in a non hanging position when i sit. The problem is that the epididymus and the spermatic cord seem to have rotated to the front of the testicle and now the testicle itself faces towards my back while the right one still faces forward. Also the epididymus feels like a small sack on the front as if something is constricting the sperm movement. Could this be testicular torsion or what?
I went to a doctor yesterday but she didn't know what it was so she reffered me to someone else and i'll be going this week but i need reassurence it isn't something serious. Or if it is i'll go to the emergency room. Please help. Thank You.

Since you have visited your doctor and she thinks that it isn’t medical emergency (otherwise she would direct you to the hospital) I think that you need to try to stay calm and loose that stress because of it you only feel worse.
Does it hurt you that much that you need some painkiller or it is bearable pain which is only bothering you because you are afraid it means that something is very wrong?
If it isn’t unbearable I believe you are just freaking out. Soon you will see a specialist and he will give you all the answers. You just need to be patient few more days. Let us know how did the examination went and what was the diagnosis. Good luck.
