Pain on my left upper side of stomec and it wraps around my back.Is it pancritis?

I have had this pain on my left upper side of stomec and it wraps around my back? It sometims starts when i eat not always. The pain is acuite. I dont always have it but when i do it is soosoo painful. and no one can help me? What do you think
