Pain on the upper right side of underneath my rib cage hurts to move breathe

I was fine and dandy yesterday. I woke up to a dull sharp pain and as to. E went on the pain popped up unbearable. It hurt to walk, breathe, cough I'm taking short rapid breathes. I'm laying on my left side it's not bad I can breathe normal
