I am a female, 18 years old. Six months ago I was diagnosed with kidney stones and recently went back to the urologist for a follow up and was told that the results of my ultrasound revealed I had a other very small stone that my doctor said should pass on its own. He also put me on 5mg of vesicare for two weeks then 10mg for another two weeks after that to help with my bladder instability. Since I became sexually active i have consistently felt like I've have UTIs but I was told at the doctors that I just have bladder instability. However being on the medicine for almost two weeks now seems to be making everything worse. There is so much pressure in my urethra all through out the day and it is worse in the morning. Any one have an suggestions on how to relieve this? As of now I'm trying to drink more water and I'm taking pain pills.

You just try to have water with lemon, it really helps, avoid tomato, and eat more papaya .

Try to begin each day with a glass of warm water with the juice of one small lemon squeezed into it. Lemon juice changes the PH of the blood and urinary tract so that the opportunistic bacteria are less able to proliferate. Urinary tract infections thrive on a damp and acidic environment. Lemons (unlike other citrus fruits) have an alkalising effect on the body. Cranberry juice helps as well. It's also important for you to limit your intake of foods which can aggravate urinary tract infections, particularly if you have an infection or feel one coming on. These include: alcohol, coffee, sugar, tomatoes, citrus fruits, soft drinks, vinegar and yeast. For your problem, you may need to go back to your doctors and discuss this with them. You may also try to check out"99eyao"to consult their online doctors, i know this website provides online service for free, maybe you could have a look.
