I woke up about one hour ago and I had an extremely uncomfortable feeling in my neck and right side (most likely from sleeping in a weird position) But i noticed whenever i try breath deeply i get a sharp pain running from lower right ribcage to the top and end up feeling my back crack a little bit. I've been reading around and It might be something to do with gas build-up in my gallbladder because last night I ate my favourite junk food that i usually get bad gas after but I passed gas maybe once instead of the usual 100. Any help would be much appreciated my neck is sooo sore and my side is killing me!

Hi, well since you say you sleep in weird position your symptoms might be related to that. I mean you could have made some bruising on your diaphragm. And that's why it hurts when you breathe because your diaphragm is contracting whenever you breathe. I dont know, maybe you should consider doing some exercises just so you put everything back in their place, try stretching before you go to sleep and when you wake up. It should help.
