I don't even know where to start. A few days ago, I noticed an itchy sore spot on my labia. I know it's not an STD because I've been tested, for one thing, and I've had the same partner for almost seven years. I know he hasn't cheated either, because he's always home.
Anyway, the sore became a swelling, and now I'm in excruciating pain. I can't walk, can't sleep, afraid to eat (wiping after using the bathroom just about kills me)...
I could go to the doctor, but going down three flights of stairs is out of the question. Can I treat this at home? What could it be?
