Hello everyone, i'm 14 with no sexual exerience and last night and today i have a sort of gooey yellow line on top of my penis that is sensitive and hurts like hell if you touch it. The only thing that could have caused it is me masturbating yesterday using shapoo as a lubricant. I haven't seen a doctor or taken any treatment if that helps.
Are you circumcised or not ?, wondering why the lubricant, you mention a yellow gooey painful line, but where? is it at the frenulum, the skin attached to the glans, you may have torn it, while masturbating and developed an infection, if you you used the same shampoo before without issue, or is this the first time, you may have a reaction to that. I suggest if you can clean it, with hot water (only hot enough that you can bear) and a small amount of salt, Maybe a bath, if not a bowl of water, and if you have something sterile, like a wipe, medical pad, cotton wool (it might stick) and try and bare the pain, and clean yourself, if there is a tear on your frenulum, it will heal it's self, but will be uncomfortable for a number of days maybe even a week or more, if you have some antiseptic or soothing cream it may help, and if you are not circumcised, sometimes leaving the foreskin retracted, wearing the least amount of clothes, such as no underwear, loose pants, and if you can get naked down below for as long as possible, it can quicken healing. GO TO YOUR PARENTS IF YOU ARE REALLY WORRIED, AND THEN THE DOCTOR
