Hi there,
About a week ago I came back from Mexico. I've been back home for about a week now, and went out to the movies. Unfortunately traveling from my car to the theater gave me this horrible chill, that throughout the movie I couldn't figure out.
As we left, and the wind kept blowing outside, my shivers intensified, all the way till I got home. I stayed in bed the whole night shivering - I also had a fever of 102. I decided to have Niocitrin, which seemed to help my fever.
Since then, my fever has dropped, I am still a little weak, and cold, and I seem to be having diarrhea about every hour or so. All I've been doing to remedy it so far is sipping some ginger ale - without the carbonation, and water.
I'm just wondering if this is anything serious, and if I need to see a medical professional, or should I just be running to the nearest drug store to buy a bottle of peptobismol?
Thanks
